This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +12 more states.
• Spearhead strategic initiatives aimed at optimizing implementation processes and decreasing time-to-value.
• Oversee implementations involving multiple stakeholders and intricate technical requirements.
• Facilitate kickoff meetings to clarify customer objectives, expected timelines, and success metrics.
• Customize the platform with tailored templates, workflows, and settings to meet customer specifications.
• Provide system training to equip customers for self-sufficiency post-implementation.
• Monitor implementation milestones and manage customer expectations throughout the setup process.
• Recognize and address technical challenges during the implementation phase.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure a seamless transition post-implementation.
• Record customer workflows and configurations for future reference and support purposes.
• Continuously enhance implementation processes to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Evaluate implementation data to pinpoint bottlenecks and suggest process enhancements.
• Engage in cross-functional initiatives aimed at refining the customer onboarding experience.
• Work closely with the Implementation Manager, Account Managers, Support, and Sales teams.
• Act as the escalation point for complex technical configurations.
• Direct implementations and promote strategic enhancements to the implementation methodology.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer onboarding, implementation, or training positions, ideally within SaaS or construction technology sectors.
• Capability to convert technical product features into business value for a variety of customer workflows.
• Demonstrated success in shortening implementation timelines and enhancing customer satisfaction ratings.
• Experience managing implementations that involve multiple stakeholders and complex integrations.
• Strong analytical abilities with a knack for leveraging data to drive process improvements.
• Proven experience in delivering engaging virtual training sessions.
• Advanced technical configuration skills with a rapid capacity to learn and master new software platforms.
• Excellent project management skills with a history of meeting implementation deadlines.
• Outstanding communication abilities, with the flexibility to adapt messaging to various learning styles.
• Familiarity with SaaS and the home improvement sector is a plus.
• A solid understanding of business management CRM software and its role in enhancing business processes is advantageous.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Must currently reside in the United States.
