This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana, +2 more states.
• Design, develop, and oversee the comprehensive onboarding process for new and transitioning providers.
• Ensure all onboarding criteria are fulfilled within set deadlines.
• Effectively coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with operations, compliance, legal, providers, and hospital clients to align program objectives and deliverables.
• Create and manage program goals and detailed project plans, which include timelines, milestones, and resource distribution.
• Identify potential risks and formulate mitigation strategies for smooth program execution.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance onboarding processes to improve efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders regarding program progress, risks, and results.
• Ensure that provider onboarding activities adhere to organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 8 years of progressive experience in program management, project management, or a related area.
• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience in project leadership.
• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple priorities and complex projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with productivity tools such as MS Project, Asana, or similar, along with proven practical application.
• Exceptional analytical, strategic conceptual thinking, strategic planning, and execution abilities.
• Strong business acumen and knowledge of the industry.
• Outstanding attention to detail, organizational, time management, and follow-up capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Advanced problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
• Proficiency in project management tools and data visualization platforms such as MS Project, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Project Management Institute certification (PMP, PgMP, PfMP, ACP, etc.).
