This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take full ownership of provider use case deployments from contract signing to go-live.
• Act as the main project leader for provider implementation initiatives, ensuring accountability to timelines and quality standards.
• Create and maintain Implementation Charters that outline timelines, configuration decisions, data requirements, go-live checklists, and criteria for sign-off.
• Set up dialers, agents, population filters, exclusion rules, call cadence, routing logic, and workflow integrations.
• Collaborate with health system data and IT teams to define, validate, and onboard patient data files and EHR integrations.
• Oversee data requirements, compliance, technical connectivity, data quality, and ensure seamless integration.
• Manage clinical operations, patient care management, IT, EHR administration, and engage departmental leadership stakeholders.
• Design agents that align with clinical workflows and promote measurable outcomes across provider use cases.
• Define and enhance HAI’s standard process for onboarding providers, which includes initial integration, base data pipeline, patient data schema, and EHR connections.
• Develop and maintain the HAI implementation playbook containing reusable templates, checklists, and best practices.
• Transfer deployments to Customer Success upon go-live, providing complete documentation, clinical workflow diagrams, and configuration specifics.
• Travel to client locations for deployments, stakeholder discussions, clinical workflow mapping, and go-live assistance.
• Occasionally travel to the Palo Alto headquarters for team alignment, playbook updates, and strategic planning.
• At least 5 years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or professional services specifically within health systems, health networks, digital health providers, or healthcare organizations focused on providers.
• Extensive knowledge of health system and provider operations and workflows, including patient and clinical data flows, EHR workflows, and care delivery processes.
• Demonstrated history of managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deployments with timelines ranging from 60 to 120 days.
• Proven capability to lead cross-functional clinical, operational, and technical teams to successful go-live.
• Practical experience with provider IT environments and vendor onboarding procedures, including security questionnaires, BAA requirements, EHR integrations, and connections to care management platforms.
• Strong project management and process documentation abilities.
• Preferred: Experience with healthcare SaaS companies that serve providers or healthcare IT consulting experience with provider clients.
• Preferred: Familiarity with EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, and Athena.
• Preferred: Experience with voice AI, outbound patient engagement platforms, dialers, or telephony configuration.
• Preferred: Knowledge of HIPAA, CMS, state regulations, and quality reporting.
• Preferred: Proven success in scaling implementation processes across multiple health systems or provider networks.
• Preferred: Understanding of clinical workflows and the ability to convert clinical requirements into technical use case designs.
