Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Lead and assist in the deployment of System C solutions along with integrated third-party software.

• Conduct product demonstrations and configuration design workshops, effectively communicating workflows and advantages.

• Perform gap analysis to ensure that solutions align with both current and future operational processes.

• Advocate for best practices while maintaining client confidentiality.

• Provide support for user acceptance testing, go-live activities, and initial life support.

• Contribute to internal testing by identifying, investigating, and escalating software issues as necessary.

• Assist in data migration efforts and resolve configuration-related challenges.

• Serve as a reliable point of contact for customers, managing and escalating issues appropriately.

• Participate in project boards and stakeholder meetings to represent System C in a professional manner.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience working within or alongside the NHS, possessing a solid understanding of healthcare operations.

• Demonstrated experience in system implementation, project delivery, or roles within professional services.

• Confidence in engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environments.

• Experience in delivering training, testing, and implementation support.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.

• A practical, organized approach with the confidence to take ownership of tasks.

• Willingness to travel as required.

• PRINCE2 Practitioner certification is preferred but not mandatory.
