Associate Clinical Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist in the training and implementation of products within the digital portfolio of Surgical Technologies.

• Deliver product demonstrations and clinical education to both new and upgraded customers.

• Provide support to nurses, surgical technicians, and surgeons during case coverage at go-live events.

• Utilize product and clinical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

• Facilitate customer trials and product demonstrations.

• Collaborate with internal marketing teams on trade shows and educational materials.

• Implement AORN and ACOG best practices regarding sponge counting and quantitative blood loss.

• Analyze competitors' strengths and weaknesses.

• Communicate additional product-line offerings and highlight key features.

• Identify essential customer needs and preferences.

• Provide the Customer Success Manager and Sales Representatives with training and feedback on go-live recaps.

• Relay customer feedback to marketing leadership.

• Support ongoing sales training initiatives and programs throughout the year.

• Promote the on-label use of all products and support related initiatives.

• Grasp contract offerings and their impact on customers, including Subscription, PPA, and Cash options.

• Understand communication objectives, channels, types, and formats.

• Comprehend channel strategies and their business implications.

• Educate the sales team about the customer complaint process.

• Monitor existing KPIs and report findings to the organization.

• Analyze and share trends regarding customer satisfaction input with the sales force.

• Travel 80% of the time.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• Must be comfortable in an operating room (OR) environment.

• Willingness to travel 80% of the time (approximately 3 weeks per month).

• Previous experience in an operating room (OR) setting is preferred.

• Strong time management skills are preferred.

• Ability to cultivate effective relationships both internally and externally is preferred.
