This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of health plan use case deployments from the signing of contracts to the go-live stage.
• Act as the primary project leader, ensuring accountability for timelines and quality standards.
• Develop and uphold Implementation Charters that capture timelines, configuration decisions, data requirements, go-live checklists, and approval criteria.
• Configure dialers, agents, population filters, exclusion rules, call cadence, and routing logic.
• Collaborate with health plan data and IT teams to define, validate, and onboard member data files.
• Manage projects involving population health, care management, clinical operations, Stars/HEDIS, IT, and vendor management stakeholders.
• Define and improve HAI's standard platform onboarding process, which includes integrations, data pipelines, member file schemas, and connections to care management systems.
• Create and maintain the HAI implementation playbook, along with reusable templates, checklists, and best practices.
• Transfer deployments to Customer Success upon go-live with comprehensive documentation.
• Travel 25–40% to client locations for deployments, stakeholder meetings, clinical workflow mapping, and go-live support.
• Occasionally travel to the Palo Alto headquarters for team alignment, playbook updates, and strategic planning.
• At least 5 years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or professional services, specifically with health plans or managed care organizations.
• In-depth understanding of health plan operations, including population health, care management, Stars/HEDIS, and utilization management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deployments within 60–120 day timelines.
• Hands-on experience with health plan member data, including eligibility files, risk stratification outputs, and care gap lists.
• Capability to coordinate with health plan IT or data teams to ensure data quality.
• Familiarity with health plan IT environments and vendor onboarding processes, including security questionnaires, BAA requirements, and integrations with care management platforms.
• Strong skills in project management and process documentation.
• Preferred: Experience in healthcare SaaS serving payors.
• Preferred: Consulting experience in healthcare IT with health plan clients.
• Preferred: Extensive knowledge of Stars/HEDIS measures.
• Preferred: Experience with voice AI, outbound member engagement platforms, dialers, or telephony configuration.
• Preferred: Understanding of CMS, NCQA, HIPAA, and regulated data governance.
• Preferred: Experience scaling implementation processes across multiple customers or deployments.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
