Implementation Manager, Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee the execution and operational launch of new hybrid Emergency Room and Urgent Care facilities across both hospital and non-hospital partner organizations.

• Manage several simultaneous facility implementations, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and fully operational for their launch.

• Lead the planning and implementation of operational readiness for the opening of new Emergency Room and Urgent Care locations.

• Expand and develop new site locations through effective system implementation, operational readiness, optimization, and stabilization efforts.

• Collaborate with operations, clinical leadership, and hospital stakeholders on workflows, staffing frameworks, equipment selection, and clinical as well as billing systems.

• Guide partners through the process of change management while fostering and maintaining partner engagement.

• Provide support to the Director of Project Management, VP of Operations & Integrations, and members of the executive team.

• Propel continuous process enhancements by creating tools, templates, and guides that align with Intuitive Health best practices.

• Engage with and support both internal and external stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction, financial goals, and key deliverables are met.

• Identify operational risks and escalate issues to ensure successful launches and stabilization.

• Assist in the post-launch stabilization and optimization of newly established sites.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; acceptable fields include Nursing, English, Liberal Arts, Communication, Business, Healthcare Administration, or others.

• PMP (PMI certified project manager) is preferred.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare operations or project management is required.

• Experience in an integration or implementation role is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with hospital environments, especially Emergency Departments, is strongly preferred.

• Capable of learning, understanding, and presenting all core aspects of the Intuitive model to partner subject matter experts.

• Must be collaborative and able to establish relationships and trust effectively.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Experience with project management tools is an advantage.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented mindset are essential.

• Ability to hold team members accountable for meeting deadlines.

• Possess influencing and negotiation skills; capability to work effectively within a matrixed organization.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary.

• Experience in project management, including directing and overseeing multiple projects at once.

• Knowledgeable in defining project approach and resource needs.

• Skilled in organizational, interpersonal, presentation, and time management competencies.

• Willingness to travel 10% for site implementations, partner meetings, and go-live support.
