Implementation Manager – HVAC, Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of in-person onboarding by facilitating kickoff sessions, virtual demonstrations, and hands-on training.

• Develop scalable processes, including playbooks, resources, metrics, and tracking systems.

• Collect customer feedback on-site and relay it to the Founders.

• Address adoption obstacles and ensure implementations remain on schedule.

• Collaborate with Founders, Sales, and Engineering to gather insights, represent client perspectives, and influence the product roadmap.

• Oversee the client management section of the CRM as well as ticketing and messaging systems.

• Assist with incoming inquiries via email, live messaging, video calls, and support tickets.

• Create and update internal and client-facing documentation, workflows, FAQs, and best practices.

• Design product demonstrations, training materials, and concise tutorials.

• Manage client communications, resolve support inquiries, and guide client onboarding throughout the entire implementation lifecycle.

• Collaborate across functions to foster client growth, engagement, and long-term adoption.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a technical or operational role within the Commercial HVAC/Mechanical sector (e.g., Estimating, Project Management, or MEP Design).

• Familiarity with the HVAC industry is essential.

• Strong project management skills: you excel in creating processes from the ground up and meeting deadlines.

• Excellent communication skills: you can simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences.

• Willingness to travel frequently (up to 50% of each month).

• Full-time availability is required.

• Candidates must reside in the South Central US or within the Pacific timezone.
