This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the onboarding process for newly acquired CRIO clients.

• Assess product and feature utilization, coordinating engagement through a well-structured onboarding procedure.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance and refine the customer experience throughout the implementation phase.

• Address pain points and use cases identified during the sales process.

• Organize, facilitate, and execute comprehensive onboarding projects.

• Conduct live remote training sessions.

• Acquire, shadow, and deepen product knowledge through internal resources, support engagement shadowing, and self-directed learning of industry insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in an implementation or professional services role (preferably with software technology experience), or other relevant clinical research experience.

• Exceptional writing, interpersonal, organizational, and time management abilities.

• Proficiency in PC/Mac environments, including strong skills with Office Suite/G Suite applications.

• Capability to work independently while also supporting team goals and responsibilities.

• High integrity and a positive, proactive attitude.

• Familiarity with Live Chat, Slack, and project management tools such as JIRA/Confluence.

• Previous experience in healthcare, SaaS, clinical research, or academia is preferred.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is strongly desired.
