This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee the comprehensive onboarding and implementation process for designated clients from the initial kickoff to launch and ongoing adoption.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the implementation phase.
• Facilitate discovery sessions to gain insights into client objectives, workflows, requirements, and system necessities.
• Provide guidance to clients regarding system setup and best practices for implementation.
• Convert client requirements into actionable strategies for configuration, training, scheduling, and implementation.
• Assess configurations prior to launch, identifying any outstanding tasks and potential risks.
• Conduct train-the-trainer sessions focusing on product functionality, navigation, tools, and advanced modules.
• Maintain in-depth product knowledge and assist clients in effectively utilizing the platform.
• Develop and manage implementation project plans, including milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and timelines.
• Track progress, pinpoint risks and obstacles, and ensure projects remain on schedule.
• Handle multiple implementation projects simultaneously, adjusting plans as client requirements change.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Product, and Client Success teams.
• Manage technical integrations and custom solutions as necessary.
• Ensure the successful completion of implementations and facilitate the transition to the Client Manager.
• Travel to client locations for training or implementation support as needed.
• Adhere to company policies, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
• Participate in team projects and initiatives.
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in areas such as SaaS implementation, project management, consulting, customer success, client services, or technology in higher education.
• Experience in a consultative or client-facing role directly interacting with clients.
• Strong skills in project management, organization, and time management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
• Solid business acumen and sound judgment.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Proven ability to quickly learn new software and technology.
• High attention to detail and proactive approach to issue resolution.
• Commitment to integrity, compliance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Willingness to travel to client sites when necessary.
• Experience with SaaS implementations or enterprise software.
• Familiarity with working alongside higher education institutions, universities, career services, student services, or similar organizations.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience in providing software training or conducting train-the-trainer programs.
• Proficiency with system configurations, integrations, data migration, or custom solutions.
