Implementation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee a portfolio of 15–25 simultaneous implementation projects.

• Collect and assess business requirements for EDI integration initiatives.

• Convert client needs into technical specifications.

• Design and execute EDI data mappings and transformations.

• Identify and rectify EDI transmission and processing issues.

• Liaise with internal teams, clients, carriers, and external partners.

• Offer continuous support and maintenance for EDI integrations.

• Monitor and enhance EDI processes for improved efficiency and performance.

• Implement industry trends and best practices in EDI, API integrations, and benefits administration.

• Communicate intricate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Establish trusted relationships with client stakeholders, brokers, and carrier partners.

• Deliver clear and timely project-status updates throughout the implementation process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years managing multiple projects with both internal and external stakeholders.

• At least 6 years in a client-facing position, adept at navigating challenging client discussions and resolving escalated matters.

• 4+ years of experience in EDI and/or API implementation and support.

• Experience is preferred within the benefits administration sector.

• Knowledge of fixed-width file formats and LDEx XML.

• Familiarity with benefit administration platforms such as ADP Workforce Now, Workday, or bswift and/or insurance carrier systems is advantageous.

• Experience with, or a strong interest in acquiring knowledge of, data mapping and transformation tools.

• Proficient in analyzing and manipulating data using Microsoft Excel.

• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently while meeting deadlines.

• Robust analytical skills for diagnosing issues and crafting solutions.

• Proven history of fostering strong client relationships.

• Effective communication with clients regarding project timelines and status updates.

• Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
