This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee comprehensive software implementation projects from the initial requirements gathering to the go-live stage.
• Set up system workflows, reporting mechanisms, APIs, flat-file finance exchanges, and facilitate data migrations.
• Manage project timelines, plans, and deliverables effectively.
• Ensure stakeholders are kept informed and aligned throughout the project.
• Assist clients with testing and confirm system readiness for launch.
• Provide regular status updates, documentation, and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support teams to address issues and align project deliverables.
• Monitor project time and activities for utilization goals and reporting purposes.
• Aid in change management by preparing client teams for new workflows and technologies.
• Oversee utilization and budget compliance across all assigned projects.
• Enhance implementation processes, tools, and templates for better efficiency.
• Deliver new implementations and additional work for existing clients, including finance integrations, configuration adjustments, expanded modules, and enhancements in the live environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• A minimum of 3 years in software implementation, consulting, or legal operations.
• Excellent client communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects with conflicting priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills paired with meticulous attention to detail.
• Comfortable collaborating across different time zones and with international clients.
• Technical aptitude and curiosity, particularly in analyzing data, integrations, and system performance.
• Familiarity with tools such as Postman, Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, Excel, and project management software.
• Experience in data migration, including aspects of transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
• Knowledge of implementing and troubleshooting REST APIs, including authentication, endpoints, JSON/XML payloads, and error management.
• Preferred background in software development, scripting, or databases such as SQL, Python, or Java.
• Proficient in SQL for validating, reconciling, and analyzing large datasets.
• Experience in configuring APIs and flat-file finance integrations.
• Familiarity with enterprise legal management, spend management, or CLM systems is a plus.
