Implementation Consultant – Marketing, Medical Software

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with global pharmaceutical companies to address significant business challenges.

• Deploy Veeva Commercial Cloud products, which include PromoMats/DAM and Medical.

• Provide AI-driven solutions that enhance interconnected, data-oriented customer relationships.

• Conduct thorough business process due diligence.

• Design and implement robust, scalable solutions.

• Successfully manage projects as a Project Manager, Lead Solution Architect, or PO/Business Analyst.

• Set up a content management platform tailored for the life sciences sector.

• Facilitate business process discovery and application design workshops.

• Convert intricate client process requirements into feasible solution designs.

• Supervise solution development, testing, and deployment.

• Generate process documentation and project deliverables.

• Strategize and establish post-go-live initiatives, including ongoing support.

• Offer subject matter expertise in Veeva Commercial Content applications, defining their integration within customer software ecosystems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technology implementation projects within a Functional Analyst, Solution Architect, or Project Manager capacity.

• Experience with a Pharmaceutical, Consumer Health, or Medical Device organization.

• Strong consulting experience with the ability to architect solutions, promote best practices, and manage stakeholder relationships.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Capacity to work independently in a fully remote setting across multiple tasks.

• Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time.

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

• Must reside in Europe and possess the legal right to work.

• Ability to travel domestically and internationally; visa arrangements not provided by Veeva.

• Practical experience with Veeva PromoMats, Veeva Medical, Veeva Vault Platform, or Salesforce.com Platform is advantageous.

• Experience in implementing regulated content management systems is a plus.

• Familiarity with DAM tools is beneficial.

• Knowledge of Claims, DAM, Modular Content, MLR review, and European regulatory requirements is a plus.

• Understanding of life sciences compliance and computer systems validation standards is a plus.

• Project management certification, such as PRINCE2 or PMP, is preferred.

• Veeva certification is a plus.

• Experience in product pre-sales, solution consulting, or engagement management is a plus.

• Proficiency in French, German, Italian, or Spanish, in addition to English, is highly desired.
