Enterprise Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee assigned workstreams within extensive enterprise implementations, ensuring that deliverables are met on time and in line with project objectives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across intricate environments.

• Assist in the planning and execution of enterprise go-live events and act as the primary contact for specified functional areas.

• Offer workflow consulting for physician, clinical, and operational teams.

• Train and register physicians for PerfectServe programs while designing solutions that adhere to system-level standards.

• Aid physicians with call workflow configuration within the PerfectServe system.

• Create training programs for large health system audiences.

• Train new clinical users at hospitals prior to and following go-live.

• Configure advanced workflows within complex multi-facility systems.

• Integrate third-party systems with the PerfectServe system.

• Perform testing across various devices, platforms, and integrated technologies.

• Acquire training across multiple PerfectServe platforms and quickly gain new product knowledge.

• Carry out additional duties as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is required; an engineering or IT-related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.

• Previous experience in customer-facing or service-oriented roles.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Visio (or similar tools like Lucidchart), Word, Excel (including functions), and PowerPoint; extensive use of Lucidchart is expected.

• Open to change and possesses a genuine curiosity about healthcare.

• Ability to collaborate closely with peers and team members.

• Willingness to travel up to 30 - 50% of the time.

• Capability to communicate with or without reasonable accommodations.

• Depending on the assignment, able to visit other locations and stand, walk, lift, carry, or move 10–25 pounds.

• Good hand-eye coordination, dexterity in arms, hands, and fingers, and visual acuity for keyboard use and equipment operation.
