Implementation Specialist I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive client implementations for Asure Software’s payroll tax solution.

• Assess client business needs during the discovery phase.

• Customize the Asure tax platform according to client specifications.

• Conduct group presentations and training sessions for clients.

• Successfully finalize software deployments.

• Assist clients through their initial two successful payroll cycles.

• Ensure timely delivery of implementation outcomes while promoting product and procedural adoption.

• Provide project status reports and updates to the project team.

• Proactively identify and address project challenges through collaboration with clients and internal teams.

• Foster client loyalty, encouraging customers to provide testimonials in the future.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience supporting clients with US payroll and/or tax processing.

• More than 2 years of proven success in a dedicated account management service model.

• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor regulations, and payroll fundamentals.

• Exceptional attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational capabilities.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

• Capability to prioritize and manage various tasks in a dynamic environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.

• CPP, FPC, PHR, or SHRM-CP certification is advantageous.

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the US.
