Senior Implementation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the implementation of multiple products nationwide, concentrating on strategic accounts.

• Ensure the seamless installation and operation of products within customer facilities.

• Drive the delivery of hardware and software, oversee project milestones, provide training, and facilitate the transition to a clinical success manager.

• Develop and execute project plans that adhere to schedule, budget, customer satisfaction, and KPI objectives.

• Collaborate with operations, product support, and contractors.

• Manage the entire project lifecycle from sales handoff and scoping through to implementation, training, and post-implementation support.

• Cultivate relationships with key customer stakeholders as the main implementation contact.

• Lead implementations specifically for strategic accounts.

• Collaborate with Go-to-Market and cross-functional teams to customize solutions that meet customer needs.

• Enhance end-to-end implementation processes by utilizing lean tools like value-stream mapping.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering, information technology, or a related discipline.

• At least 8 years of experience in implementations, project management, or professional services, particularly with strategic or enterprise accounts.

• Proven experience in managing the implementation of hardware and software solutions, preferably in the health-tech or high-tech industries.

• Strong project management skills with a history of delivering complex projects on schedule and within budget.

• PMP certification is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with lean tools and methodologies.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Willingness to travel up to 80%, often on short notice, as required for customer engagements.
