Senior Implementation Consultant – Marketing, Medical Software

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Take charge of delivery for implementation projects in roles such as project manager, functional analyst, solution architect, or stream lead.

• Work closely with both business and technical stakeholders to enhance and streamline business processes.

• Convert business processes into actionable and scalable solutions.

• Establish and nurture trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders in both enterprise and SMB sectors.

• Offer technical leadership and mentorship to internal teams as well as implementation partners.

• Participate in internal initiatives that aim to enhance service quality and delivery frameworks.

• Implement Veeva Commercial Cloud products, including PromoMats/DAM or Medical.

• Oversee business process due diligence, solution design, implementation, and project delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in technology implementation projects as a Project Manager, Functional Analyst, or Solution Architect.

• Practical experience and confidence using Veeva PromoMats, Veeva Vault Platform, or Salesforce.com Platform.

• Experience in a Pharmaceutical, Consumer Health, or Medical Device organization.

• Strong consulting background with a proven ability to architect solutions, implement best practices, and manage stakeholder relationships.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting across multiple assignments.

• Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time.

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

• Candidates must reside in Europe and possess the legal right to work.

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally; visa support is not provided by Veeva.
