This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee customer-facing implementations of Counterpart Assistant for new healthcare provider practices and TINs.
• Manage customer relationships from the initiation of projects through to the steady state following go-live.
• Direct comprehensive project plans for multiple simultaneous implementations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and customers regarding project scope, timelines, and progress.
• Collaborate with account management, support, product, and engineering teams to resolve issues and facilitate smooth transitions.
• Identify risks, drive solutions, and ensure that launches adhere to deadlines and meet quality benchmarks.
• Monitor and resolve potential integration challenges with product and engineering teams.
• Develop and enhance implementation playbooks, tools, and templates.
• Gather customer feedback and communicate implementation challenges to internal teams.
• Enhance time-to-launch, implementation quality, and overall customer satisfaction.
• 5-8 years of experience in leading technical product implementations in a customer-facing capacity.
• Proven history of delivering high-quality launches on time.
• Experience managing multiple implementations simultaneously.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare technology implementations involving provider practices.
• Ideally, experience with EHR standard integrations.
• Outstanding customer-facing abilities with providers, office managers, and clinical leaders.
• Proficient project management skills.
• Strong technical judgment.
• Capability to identify potential integration challenges and project scope expansion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to document project progress and highlight potential risks.
• Experience in process improvement.
• Ability to lead by influence, align stakeholders, resolve conflicts, and foster accountability.
