Implementation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee the implementation and operations team in daily activities.

• Define and spearhead the development of project implementation plans.

• Coordinate and manage client implementation initiatives alongside cross-functional teams.

• Collaborate with product development, operations, client services, and external clients.

• Ensure that all parties are engaged and kept informed about implementation processes and operational statuses.

• Monitor complex operational reporting for performance insights.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to the process improvement team.

• Manage remote project collaboration to achieve milestones and complete tasks.

• Facilitate the resolution of delivery issues efficiently.

• Conduct annual performance reviews and goal-setting responsibilities.

• Execute special projects and fulfill other assigned tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business Management, or equivalent experience.

• At least 2 years of experience overseeing all operational aspects of client implementation efforts.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience leading cross-functional teams for multiple simultaneous implementation efforts, driving successful outcomes.

• 2 years of experience in evaluating complex operational reports, identifying issues, and realigning delivery to meet target performance.

• 2 years of experience in working within an enterprise Change Management process.

• Ability to manage client implementation efforts operationally while balancing competing client requests.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Results-oriented leadership skills with the ability to build teams in a time-sensitive environment.

• Capability to monitor progress and adhere to specific deadlines.

• Experience in reporting project status to executive-level stakeholders.

• Preferred experience in the healthcare industry.

• Strong understanding of software development life cycles is preferred.

• Knowledge of medical claims processing and EDI is preferred.

• Basic knowledge of IT applications, data processing, and medical claims processing is preferred.

• PMP certification is preferred.

• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience leading projects and/or client implementations.

• Willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule around project deadlines and implementations.

• Must be able to perform tasks with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Must have high-speed internet access/connectivity and be responsible for office setup and maintenance.
