Implementation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily implementation activities for one or more airport baggage handling and industrial automation projects.

• Facilitate coordination among customers, subcontractors, suppliers, engineering teams, and field personnel.

• Manage implementation timelines, site operations, and project priorities.

• Identify potential risks, conflicts, and delays, driving their resolution or escalation.

• Ensure that work aligns with project specifications, operational requirements, and design intentions.

• Act as the main point of contact during implementation activities.

• Develop relationships with customers, airport staff, contractors, and internal teams.

• Represent CLX in project meetings, site evaluations, and implementation planning.

• Provide updates on project status, technical summaries, reports, meeting notes, and documentation.

• Monitor project progress, risks, action items, and key implementation milestones.

• Anticipate challenges, proactively address issues, and prevent disruptions.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and lessons learned efforts.

• Must reside within a reasonable distance from a major airport.

• Willingness to travel frequently.

• Comfortable operating in noisy environments.

• Able to work in active construction and commissioning settings.

• Willing to work both indoors and outdoors.

• Adaptable to varying weather and temperature conditions.

• Capable of standing for extended periods while overseeing site activities.

• Practical knowledge of industrial automation, controls, commissioning, and related technologies.

• Experience in coordinating projects with multiple stakeholders, vendors, contractors, and technical disciplines.

• Background in airport baggage handling systems (BHS), industrial automation, controls integration, material handling systems, construction management, or similar industrial environments.

• Knowledgeable in industrial controls, PLC-based systems, commissioning, or automation technologies.
