Implementation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the initial 45 days for every new customer, from the moment the contract is signed until the account is live, trained, and fully engaged.

• Transform each AE/SE transition into a confirmed launch strategy within 48 hours of the contract signing.

• Set up accounts and conduct kickoff and hands-on training sessions to ensure teams are using Bobyard effectively on real projects.

• Guide customers to achieve their first completed workflow and adoption milestone within 45 days.

• Organize reinforcement sessions and office hours to assist those who may be lagging before they disengage.

• Address any obstacles in collaboration with Customer Success (CS) and Product teams until they are resolved.

• Transition to the Customer Success Manager (CSM) with all exit criteria met and the account thoroughly documented.

• Provide support to the largest clients in the UK region while working UK hours alongside the San Francisco team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience managing SaaS onboarding or implementation for an actual portfolio of accounts.

• Comfortable with hands-on software configuration.

• Proven experience in conducting live training sessions for non-technical or field-based users.

• A solid track record in meeting launch or time-to-value service level agreements (SLAs), along with familiarity with performance metrics.

• Excellent, structured written communication skills.

• Ability to manage 10 or more concurrent launches with minimal daily supervision.

• Experience in vertical SaaS or construction technology (preferred).

• Familiarity with CRM or onboarding tools, such as Salesforce, Asana, or Notion (preferred).

• Background in creating an onboarding playbook from the ground up (preferred).

• Bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish or another language (preferred).

• Authorized to work in the United Kingdom.
