Implementation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate customer kickoff meetings, establish milestones, and manage implementations through configuration, testing, launch, and handoff.

• Execute customer configuration, account setup, integration setup, and other implementation tasks.

• Oversee multiple simultaneous implementations within a high-volume portfolio.

• Develop implementation plans, monitor dependencies, coordinate with stakeholders, and identify risks and obstacles.

• Convert customer workflows and requirements into implementation strategies utilizing product features, configuration, and integrations.

• Configure, test, troubleshoot, and verify end-to-end workflows with customers during UAT and launch phases.

• Take charge of cutover planning, readiness criteria, customer validation, go-live coordination, and transition into steady-state support.

• Establish and standardize the implementation process from initial intake to launch.

• Develop scoping, kickoff, project plan, configuration, testing, readiness, go-live, handoff, documentation, and ownership standards.

• Collaborate with Support, Product, Engineering, Partnerships, and Solutions Engineering teams.

• Leverage implementation insights and metrics to enhance playbooks, templates, tools, and procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in leading customer implementations, onboarding, or technical delivery within a B2B SaaS setting.

• Strong foundation in project management, covering scoping, planning, milestone tracking, stakeholder engagement, dependency oversight, and risk mitigation.

• Experience in a technical product environment that involves integrations, APIs, workflows, configuration, and data flows.

• Proven ability to troubleshoot integration and implementation challenges.

• Capability to translate customer needs into clear implementation strategies and actionable plans.

• Hands-on experience in configuration, testing, validation, or implementation activities.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable leading discussions with customers.

• Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to operate efficiently across a high-volume portfolio.

• Experience in creating or enhancing implementation processes, documentation, playbooks, or delivery standards.

• Familiarity with professional services-style delivery within a product-oriented company.

• Background in building or advancing an implementation function.

• Knowledge of fleet, automotive, or maintenance/repair workflows.
