Implementation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee a diverse portfolio of projects simultaneously.

• This involves managing project deliverables and actively identifying potential risks.

• Take ownership of project management and ensure successful execution of client implementations.

• Act as the primary point of contact for project escalations.

• Ensure alignment among all teams, both internal and external.

• Develop, maintain, and monitor project timelines to achieve on-time, in-scope, and under-budget deployments.

• Work collaboratively with Sales, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success Managers to provide a seamless and successful customer experience from initiation to go-live.

• Contribute to our scaling efforts by enhancing our project management and delivery operations processes and sharing best practices.

• Operate autonomously in a fast-paced and ambiguous setting with minimal supervision.

• Support the expansion of our partner ecosystem by enabling, assisting, and co-delivering with implementation partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in a customer-facing project management, technical program management, or management consulting role within the SaaS sector.

• Ability to clearly articulate a standard SaaS implementation methodology and possess experience in delivering professional services.

• Proven experience in managing complex technical projects, including Web Development, UTM Tracking, user acceptance testing, quality assurance, and software release processes.

• You are a persuasive, results-oriented customer influencer with exceptional interpersonal skills.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient in escalation management and comfortable navigating challenging conversations.

• Capable of effectively partnering with C-Suite, VP, and Director-level contacts, as well as day-to-day software users.

• A collaborative team player who can work efficiently with both technical and non-technical individuals.

• Experienced in working with diverse teams.

• Able to learn and drive results with minimal oversight.

• Highly organized with the ability to manage complexity and track details without feeling overwhelmed.

• Possess a bias towards action and thrive in environments where you can significantly influence outcomes for both customers and colleagues.
