This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take complete ownership of product delivery projects: Lead and oversee the onboarding of new clients to the Aidoc platform, as well as the expansion and upgrade of existing clients, which includes the planning and execution of delivery projects for Aidoc's solutions.
• Act as the primary technical contact throughout the implementation phases, guiding architectural discussions with the IT teams of clients across systems, networking, medical imaging, and interfaces.
• Spearhead the setup, troubleshooting, acceptance testing, and go-live processes.
• Cultivate strong relationships with the technical teams of customers, serving as the initial point of contact from Aidoc's R&D.
• Utilize data-driven insights to make informed conclusions and take action to enhance the technical setup and performance of the solution.
• Develop innovative product and feature offerings by integrating knowledge of Aidoc's solution capabilities with an understanding of each customer's specific needs.
• Collaborate with the Product team to define requirements and contribute to design efforts.
• Work in close partnership with the Customer Success and Sales teams.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent certifications in a relevant technical field.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in customer-facing or technical operations roles, engaging directly with customers in the US / EU markets.
• Proven experience in Healthcare IT, including optimizing systems according to customer needs and understanding their system architecture. Familiarity with Radiology IT (PACS, RIS, and dictation systems) as well as EMR is advantageous.
• Demonstrated capability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on that data.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to drive a technical project to completion (including both initial and ongoing engagement).
• Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to travel 1-3 days per month as required.
