Implementation Engineer, Digital Diagnostics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Develop and nurture robust relationships with DDx clients and clinical trial managers, serving as the primary technical implementation liaison.

• Offer direct technical implementation assistance alongside customer IT and internal development teams.

• Oversee implementation tasks, timelines, risks, and challenges.

• Regularly update customers on the progress of the implementation.

• Act as an application specialist and escalation resource for the support team, assisting external clients.

• Engage in an on-call rotation.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in client-oriented SaaS implementation roles.

• Strong analytical abilities and operational discipline.

• Proven experience in managing challenging customers or situations and effectively demonstrating resolutions.

• In-depth understanding of the business and its products.

• Capability to research independently and initiate learning in necessary areas.

• Familiarity with HL7 interface implementations.

• Preferred hands-on experience with leading laboratory information systems such as Epic Beaker, Novopath, or Cerner Millennium.

• Proficiency in spoken and written English is mandatory.

• Proficiency in Portuguese or French is advantageous.

• Openness to participating in an on-call rotation.

• Willingness to travel less than 20%.
