This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Act as the main resource for implementing assigned client projects, overseeing everything from initiation to completion.
• Organize project tasks and take ownership of delivery milestones.
• Serve as the primary contact for customer communications and resolution of issues.
• Deploy, integrate, and validate PACS and related imaging solutions within customer environments.
• Configure and support DICOM workflows along with enterprise imaging connectivity.
• Provide second-level technical support for healthcare IT systems.
• Diagnose and resolve escalated issues during and after the implementation phase.
• Collaborate with IT, Product, and Engineering teams to tackle complex technical challenges.
• Keep thorough records of incidents, solutions, and workflows in the ticketing system.
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of implementation and support processes as well as the knowledge base.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards and internal IT policies.
• Offer clear updates and guidance to key customers.
• Participate in on-call rotations and provide flexible coverage as necessary.
• Travel occasionally as required.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience (required).
• 5+ years of experience in an IT technical implementation or support role (required).
• Demonstrated IT support experience, ideally in healthcare or clinical settings (required).
• Hands-on experience with PC and server platforms and command-line administration on both Linux and Windows (required).
• Proficiency in Windows client and server operating systems and Linux system administration (required).
• Strong networking and general IT skills, including experience troubleshooting complex applications and software products (required).
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and ITIL-based support processes (required).
• Experience with PACS, radiology workflow, DICOM, and/or HL7 (required).
• Knowledge of healthcare IT systems, such as EMR and clinical software (required).
• Excellent customer relationship skills along with strong written and verbal communication (required).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and collaborate across teams (required).
• Willingness to work varied hours and participate in on-call rotations (required).
• Understanding of archival and storage media (preferred).
• CompTIA Linux, RHCA, RHCT, CCNA, or CCNP certification (preferred).
• Experience with troubleshooting public cloud applications, preferably GCP (preferred).
• Experience in deployment and configuration automation, such as Ansible (preferred).
• Proficiency in additional languages for EU or international regions (preferred).
• Ability to adhere to applicable laws, DeepHealth policies, data privacy, compliance, safety, and confidentiality standards.
