Implementation Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate data, integration needs, and business workflows to create, develop, and implement tailored solutions for Cleo clients.

• Attain expertise in the functionality and implementation procedures of the Cleo Integration Suite solution.

• Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure clients derive value from Cleo solutions.

• Accurately configure and deploy customer solutions in a timely manner and according to specifications.

• Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to finalize projects.

• Guide clients through their existing architecture and the proposed new architecture.

• Leverage AI to speed up project delivery by drafting implementation plans, summarizing client requirements, and producing documentation.

• Utilize AI coding assistants to create, debug, and review code snippets.

• Engage AI tools to troubleshoot errors, comprehend APIs, and navigate documentation.

• Create technical documents and test cases with the support of AI, ensuring to validate output before application.

• Employ AI tools throughout the software development lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fundamental understanding of EDI, integration principles, and data formats.

• Knowledge of FTP/SFTP, AS2, HTTP/S, or comparable communication protocols.

• Strong analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail and a willingness to learn.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with 1–3 years of relevant experience.

• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, or similar) is a plus.

• Experience with Cleo Integration Cloud (CIC) or other B2B integration platforms.

• Understanding of supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or retail sectors.

• Basic programming or scripting knowledge (Java or Python).

• Passion for AI and automation technologies.
