Implementation Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the development and implementation of MN8’s strategic project delivery and process enhancement capabilities roadmap.

• Collaborate with company stakeholders to achieve commercial objectives and manage operational risks.

• Drive project execution and process improvement initiatives that support strategic projects and processes across the enterprise.

• Oversee multiple projects while adhering to stakeholder, business, and external constraints.

• Implement system installations, expansions, modifications, migrations, and business processes.

• Lead project teams in managing timelines, resources, skills, budgets, and interrelated tasks.

• Plan and schedule teams to ensure efficient delivery of projects and programs.

• Manage risks, foresee potential issues, conduct risk analysis, and formulate contingency plans.

• Prioritize projects and allocate resources effectively.

• Oversee stakeholder relationships and foster organizational collaboration.

• Facilitate change management strategies, process and organizational modifications, training needs, and stakeholder engagement.

• Communicate pertinent information among project teams, stakeholders, and management.

• Allocate and monitor project budgets and financials, including those for external resources.

• Utilize continuous improvement methodologies, including Lean Six Sigma.

• Conduct Lessons Learned reviews and provide recommendations for enhancements.

• Assist in business integration efforts, including mergers and acquisitions.

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems.

• 8–10 years of project management experience overseeing multiple complex projects.

• Proven experience in implementing company-wide systems and platforms, such as ERP and EMS.

• Exceptional managerial and leadership capabilities.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with team members, stakeholders, and executives.

• Skilled in fostering team dynamics, negotiating trade-offs, and resolving conflicts.

• Experience in change management practices.

• Analytical and detail-oriented mindset in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.

• Capacity to adjust workloads and schedules in response to shifting priorities.

• Proficient in explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Familiarity with programming concepts, software development lifecycles, and relevant tools and platforms.

• Comprehensive knowledge of program and project plan development, scheduling methodologies, and both waterfall and agile methodologies, along with program and project metrics, analysis, and status reporting.

• Proficiency in MS Project and Power BI is required.

• Experience with Power Automate and Minitab is preferred.

• Background in M&A integration is advantageous.
