This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a technical and subject matter authority during implementation status meetings and client interactions.
• Function as the configuration and data specialist for Evive by bswift regarding claims data requirements and its interaction with the Evive experience.
• Manage client expectations, foresee potential issues, and provide clear turnaround times and delivery schedules.
• Advise clients on best practices for systems and processes, along with necessary adjustments to meet project objectives.
• Investigate and suggest system improvements for upcoming Evive personalization campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide services to bswift and independent Evive clients.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and propose enhancements to client service methodologies and Evive products.
• Identify project risks and report them to the Implementation Lead.
• Oversee implementation workstreams, which include system configuration, testing, auditing, COBRA and Direct Bill setup, communications, vendor integrations, data conversion, payroll, internal COE coordination, Evive configuration, test user attribution, claims ingestion, secure file transfer, and Auth0 configuration.
• Mentor Implementation Analysts and System Configuration Analysts.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve client inquiries concerning system or process deficiencies.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field (mandatory).
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in client relationship management and implementation, preferably within benefits or healthcare sectors.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and summarizing data.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capability to establish and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; adept at utilizing data for strategic decisions.
• Capacity to make prompt decisions in a fast-paced and often ambiguous environment.
• Quick to understand and interpret complex subject matter.
