This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Implement comprehensive onboarding processes for designated partners, ensuring timely advancement through each phase.
• Track application statuses across various systems and proactively resolve delays or issues.
• Confirm that all necessary steps are completed in accordance with established procedures and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Assess the performance of new partners according to a predetermined timeline.
• Leverage automated tools for due diligence, validation, and the setup of partner configurations.
• Examine system outputs for accuracy and completeness, identifying any exceptions or discrepancies.
• Initiate relevant workflows and actions based on system-generated results.
• Verify partner information to maintain data integrity across all platforms.
• Keep thorough and audit-ready documentation consistent with compliance standards.
• Ensure that all onboarding records are accurately entered into internal systems.
• Identify any gaps in information, inconsistencies, or breakdowns in processes.
• Escalate issues to senior team members with the necessary context and supporting information.
• Assist in resolving workflow obstacles to sustain onboarding progress.
• Work collaboratively with Compliance, Operations, Credit, and Treasury teams to facilitate onboarding efforts.
• Contribute to ongoing improvements by pinpointing inefficiencies in workflows or systems.
• Perform additional duties as required.
• Preferred Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience in business, compliance, or related technical fields.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in operations, onboarding, or financial services is preferred.
• Experience in payment processing, fintech, or remittance settings is advantageous.
• Familiarity with workflow management tools, CRM systems, or onboarding platforms is beneficial.
• Bilingual proficiency is required, including professional-level communication in English (both written and verbal).
• Strong operational judgment and adept problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to make decisions within established guidelines.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
• Proficiency in handling multiple workflows in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with stakeholders effectively.
