Implementation Consultant – Training

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Completed or ongoing Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline.

• Background in providing user training services, system implementation, or experience with ERP solutions.

• Excellent communication and instructional abilities, capable of articulating technical knowledge in a clear and practical manner.

• Understanding of business process management and modeling (BPM).

• Knowledge of databases and the ability to execute SQL queries.

• Fundamental understanding of web programming logic, including HTML and CSS.

• Awareness of system integration concepts and technologies, such as REST and SOAP APIs.

• Proficiency in English and/or Spanish, especially for collaboration on projects with international clients (preferred).

• Familiarity with SoftExpert Suite (SE Suite) or similar platforms (preferred).

• Involvement in consultative system implementation projects (preferred).

• Understanding of quality management processes and tools (preferred).
