Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Partner with clients and members of the Solventum team to implement and set up Solventum products.

• Fulfill project deliverables and address implementation needs.

• Evaluate customer coding, CDI, and visit workflows, ensuring proposed future-state workflows align with project goals.

• Configure, test, and verify Solventum Revenue Cycle application environments.

• Oversee issue resolution, manage configuration change control, track issues, and maintain documentation.

• Analyze and pinpoint issues in collaboration with support and escalation teams for root-cause analysis and troubleshooting.

• Provide training for system administrators and end users on product upkeep and administration.

• Guide testing processes and support go-live activities.

• Stay updated on new features, functionalities, business challenges, policies, and implementation options.

• Create and revise educational materials, documentation, tools, and programs.

• Adhere to corporate policies, procedures, and security standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution with a minimum of four years of experience in software support and/or software implementation; OR a High School Diploma/GED or higher from an accredited institution with at least eight years of experience in software and/or software implementation.

• At least two years of combined experience with hospital and/or professional healthcare coding workflows.

• A minimum of two years in a client-facing implementation role.

• Familiarity with Solventum™ 360 Encompass™ Professional products.

• Experience in Electronic Medical Record implementation.

• Proficient in SQL, Windows Server, and Networking.

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the country of employment without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status.

• Willingness to travel domestically/internationally up to 10% may be necessary.
