Implementation Consultant, Reseller Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Educate implementers and partners on Pennylane’s products and deployment strategies.

• Assist partners during their initial customer deployments by co-piloting until they reach autonomy.

• Act as a dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM) for self-sufficient partners.

• Manage relationships with partners, enhance their capabilities, and address complex issues.

• Serve as the subject matter expert for Pennylane modules.

• Conduct ongoing training sessions and hands-on workshops.

• Ensure alignment between partners’ business requirements and Pennylane’s functionalities.

• Suggest alternatives when necessary.

• Convey partner feedback and usage trends to the Product, Support, and Sales teams.

• Share expertise with colleagues.

• Contribute to partner independence, improved customer onboarding, decreased support escalations, and the product roadmap.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in deploying or implementing SaaS solutions with an implementation partner or software vendor (3+ years).

• In-depth knowledge of accounting and financial management challenges encountered by small to mid-sized businesses.

• Capability to train and assist partners’ technical and business teams.

• At least 8 years of experience in accounting within a finance department of a small or mid-sized business or in an accounting firm will also be considered.

• Relevant qualifications include: DCG, BTS in Accounting and Management, BTS in Small Business Management Assistance, or a Bachelor’s degree in Administrative and Accounting Management.

• Comfortable providing guidance to implementation partners and resellers.

• Exceptional teaching, collaboration, adaptability, and prioritization skills.

• Ability to manage multiple partners concurrently while delivering a high level of service.

• Strong interest in technology and familiarity with fintech solutions available in the market.

• Professional working proficiency in English.

• Right to work in France is required; Pennylane does not currently provide visa sponsorship.

• Capability to communicate fluently in English.
