Implementation Consultant – Paylocity Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Serve as a reliable advisor to clients throughout the implementation journey.

• Organize meetings and sustain communication during the implementation lifecycle.

• Ensure a seamless transition and provide post-implementation support, including system upkeep and issue resolution.

• Assist clients with data migration, mapping, and validation processes.

• Collect and evaluate business requirements related to HCM functions such as payroll, HR, time, and labor.

• Review system configurations with clients to ensure alignment with their expectations and needs.

• Collaborate with sales, product SMEs, project managers, and other cross-functional teams.

• Diagnose and address implementation-related issues.

• Escalate urgent concerns to the appropriate teams when necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 1 year of experience in a Customer Service or customer-facing role.

• A Bachelor's Degree is required.

• Exceptional interpersonal verbal and written communication skills.

• A strong customer-focused approach throughout the implementation process.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

• Ability to swiftly adapt to new software platforms.

• Experience with Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, and data manipulation and analysis.

• Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.

• Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively prioritize tasks.

• Competence in managing timelines to ensure timely deliverables.

• High level of organization and meticulous attention to detail.

• Ability to meet client deadlines and achieve successful results.

• Availability to work from 9am–6pm Central Time / 10pm–7am PHT.
