This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Strategically plan, organize, and oversee all stages of projects, encompassing design, development, training, and monitoring.
• Deliver presentations and product training through web conferencing platforms.
• Prioritize tasks and collaborate with sales, data management, development, and customer support teams to address customer requirements.
• Offer product training and workflow suggestions to both internal team members and clients.
• Communicate and escalate priorities, achievements, and project risks to Project Management and Leadership.
• Implement Med-Metrix’s Patient Intake Automation Tool effectively.
• Handle, protect, and disclose patients’ protected health information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Adhere to Information Security and HIPAA policies and procedures.
• Limit access to PHI to only what is necessary for designated responsibilities.
• Occasionally travel to client locations to assist with go-live activities.
• Execute additional tasks as required.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Customer Service.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an implementation or project management environment.
• Previous experience in supporting or implementing customers within a SaaS setting.
• Preferred background in healthcare or practice management.
• Experience in application system configuration and testing is preferred.
• Direct engagement with Development or IT teams is highly desirable.
• Capability to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues, including identifying workarounds and determining when engineering assistance is required.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering value and an exceptional customer experience.
• Ability to work autonomously and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• High proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Visio.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and creative thinking abilities, with sound judgment and decision-making rooted in accurate and timely analysis.
• High integrity and reliability; a strong sense of urgency and results-oriented mindset.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor suitable for customer service interactions.
• Must have a smartphone or electronic device capable of downloading applications for multifactor authentication and security purposes.
• Ability to follow instructions, collaborate effectively, and manage stress efficiently.
• Flexible working hours.
• Occasional work outside of standard hours.
• Occasional travel to client sites to facilitate go-live activities.
