ERP Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Lead the implementation, configuration, and customization of ERP systems.

• Analyze business processes to ensure alignment with ERP functionalities.

• Supervise data migration from existing legacy systems.

• Provide training and support to staff members.

• Collaborate with vendors to troubleshoot issues and enhance system performance.

• Ensure continuous improvement and monitoring after implementation.

• Guide organizations in ERP planning, configuration, and optimization following launch.

• Assist businesses in evolving and scaling through technological advancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in ERP system implementation (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, SYSPRO, and Acumatica).

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related discipline (preferred).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• A background in Finance or Accounting is advantageous.

• Willingness to travel for various implementation projects.

• Ability to work in an office environment or remotely/from home.
