This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the implementation of GHX products throughout client relationships, from project initiation to product launch and post-launch support.
• Manage the daily implementation and operational aspects of client engagements.
• Meet service level agreements, ensure client satisfaction, drive product utilization, achieve key milestones, and reach revenue objectives.
• Demonstrate product functionality and produce project and implementation documentation.
• Provide customer training and facilitate instructor-led training sessions on GHX products and applications.
• Collaborate on test plans for system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and pre-launch testing.
• Evaluate data sets for completeness and offer feedback to customers and internal development teams.
• Maintain and communicate the status of projects, identify potential risks, and address delays.
• Work with scrum teams and internal departments to fulfill customer objectives.
• Identify and execute process enhancements to improve delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Organize and preserve implementation documentation and project plans.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in an implementation or project management position within a healthcare IT or supply chain organization.
• Comprehensive understanding of healthcare supply chain, EDI, project delivery, and system integration.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, system integration, materials management, supply chain, and accounting.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare procure-to-pay and supply chain operations.
• Ability to interpret business requirements and implement products that meet or surpass customer goals and objectives.
• Proficiency in utilizing AI-driven supply chain analytics tools, embracing emerging AI technologies, and guiding customers in their effective application.
• A growth mindset with the capability to develop processes that enhance delivery and customer experience.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative team environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal, oral and written communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% annually.
• Preferred: strong knowledge of item master management.
• Preferred: familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Preferred: experience with cross-functional projects involving internal and external stakeholders.
• Preferred: understanding of cloud-based ERP systems like Infor, Oracle, and Workday.
• Preferred: knowledge of on-premises ERP systems such as Lawson, Meditech, and Peoplesoft.
