Strategic Implementation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the technical elements of DailyPay integrations for prominent strategic clients

• Conduct thorough discovery sessions and create documentation for complex implementation needs

• Execute technical research and craft customized solutions for complex, non-standard client integrations

• Collaborate with Sales on high-level pre-sales conversations and technical scoping

• Identify, manage, and alleviate project risks for critical accounts

• Recommend new product features and functionalities based on implementation experiences and client feedback

• Cultivate deep knowledge of DailyPay’s product offerings, configuration options, and internal processes

• Coordinate with Operations and Support teams for seamless post-launch implementation transitions

• Oversee the implementation lifecycle from pre-sales to go-live

• Build and maintain C-Suite relationships while balancing detailed project tasks with overarching goals

⛳️ Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, preferably in early-stage products, markets, or rapidly expanding companies

• Demonstrated ability to manage demanding strategic accounts and influence operational and executive stakeholders

• Practical experience with sFTP automation and API development, including log inspection, troubleshooting, and data validation

• Proven experience leading unit testing, UAT, and intricate data validation procedures

• Strong written and presentation skills

• Capacity to prioritize tasks and adapt in a dynamic environment

• Proficient in Excel and Google Suite

• Experience with Dell Boomi or HCM, Payroll, and Time Management systems is a plus
