Implementation Consultant – Housing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Provide expert advice on the implementation of NEC Housing system modules, specifically focusing on Service Charges and/or Rent Analytics, with an emphasis on system configuration and development.

• Conduct engaging and effective training sessions both remotely and occasionally in-person for customers and internal teams.

• Offer guidance and best practices to existing NEC Housing clients.

• Ensure consultancy and training initiatives receive positive feedback from customers.

• Develop and maintain training courses, user manuals, and solution design documentation.

• Collaborate with clients via Teams, including recorded training sessions, and tailor delivery methods to suit various audiences.

• Keep abreast of developments in Social Housing Management and integrate these updates into training and consultancy services.

• Initially work alongside experienced consultants to shadow and learn aspects of the role before independently managing end-to-end customer projects.

• Be willing to travel occasionally within the UK to customer or company locations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of Service Charges and/or Rent Analytics processes utilizing Housing Management Software.

• Proven experience in implementing Housing Management Systems or modules, with strong capabilities in configuration and development.

• Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality training and consultancy services, receiving positive feedback from a variety of audiences.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into simpler terms for end users.

• Skilled in creating and maintaining training resources, including courses and solution design documentation.

• Capable of managing multiple projects once proficient with the system.

• Experience in creating, configuring, and implementing additional NEC Housing system modules (desirable).

• Understanding of adult learning principles and best practices in training delivery (desirable).

• Must possess the right to work and travel within the UK; documentary proof required.

• Successful completion of vetting, reference checks, and occupational health assessments required; a DBS check may also be necessary depending on the position.
