Implementation Consultant, Golf

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Facilitate kickoff calls with clients to outline the process and align their expectations.

• Ensure that client training is effectively completed during the implementation phase.

• Coordinate internal resources for project-related activities, such as hardware installation, billing initiation, and payment processing setup.

• Provide clients with updates on implementation status and remind them of scheduled training sessions.

• Manage a group of clients involved in the implementation process.

• Deliver timely updates to clients regarding task progress and their obligations.

• Maintain accurate client records in the CRM and other digital platforms.

• Shorten the time frame between finalizing the sale and the initial use of the system.

• Ensure a high rate of customer satisfaction.

• Supervise the client implementation journey from initiation to completion.

• Act as the primary liaison for clients during the onboarding phase.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in the golf sector or a strong enthusiasm for golf.

• Experience in managing customer expectations via phone and email communications.

• Proven ability in resource planning and task assignment in a results-oriented role.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.

• Proficiency in English as a working language is mandatory.

• Experience in the retail and hospitality sectors is beneficial but not essential.

• Familiarity with HubSpot or Salesforce is advantageous but not obligatory.

• Knowledge of ClickUp or ChurnZero is a plus but not a requirement.
