Implementation Consultant – B2B SaaS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation of CRM and ERP software projects for clients ranging from 5 to 500 users.

• Engage in functional and technical working groups as well as progress meetings.

• Assess business needs and document the corresponding requirements.

• Ensure successful delivery by adhering to Best Practices Playbooks.

• Provide support to clients throughout the implementation journey.

• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Principal Consultants, and Technical Services teams.

• Design and conduct training sessions for stakeholders on system configuration and end-user usage.

• Develop onsite agendas for project meetings.

• Monitor and follow up on project task lists.

• Raise issues with the Project Manager and Leadership to ensure projects remain within the defined scope and timeline.

• Collaborate externally with customers and internally with customer-facing teams to showcase platform value, articulate technical capabilities, and enhance customer retention.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in Enterprise SaaS or Software Implementation.

• At least 2 years of experience as an Implementation Consultant functioning as a billable resource with a utilization target.

• Outstanding organizational, written, and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficiency in the English language.

• Willingness and availability to travel up to 40% to customer locations for in-person meetings as needed.

• Self-driven and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment.

• Ability to clearly communicate and present complex information in a polished, precise, and compelling way.

• Capacity to collaborate effectively and engage others as needed to achieve both individual and collective objectives.

• Strong time management skills.

• A solution-oriented mindset while prioritizing customer satisfaction.

• Familiarity with Mavenlink (Kantata) and/or Momentus Software is advantageous.

• Experience in the Venue and/or Exhibition industry is preferred but not mandatory.
