This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Collaborate with healthcare clients in Canada and internal Solventum teams to fulfill implementation tasks and achieve project goals.
• Evaluate existing coding, abstracting, CDI, and HIM workflows and assist in validating future-state processes for 360 Encompass.
• Set up, test, validate, and provide support for Solventum application environments throughout the implementation phase.
• Oversee issue investigation, documentation, customer communication, testing assistance, and activities to ensure go-live readiness.
• Train system administrators, super users, and end users effectively.
• Contribute to enhancing implementation materials, tools, and documentation related to Canadian workflows.
• Travel domestically up to 25% as required.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in health informatics, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
• A minimum of three (3) years of combined experience in supporting or implementing software within a healthcare environment.
• At least three (3) years of experience in supporting healthcare software implementation, including configuration, testing, validation, training support, and go-live readiness activities.
• Three (3) years of experience in documenting implementation challenges, coordinating testing support, and communicating status or risks to customers and internal teams.
• Familiarity with Solventum HIS products, such as 360 Encompass, Codefinder, HDM, or similar applications.
• Experience with Canadian coding and abstracting workflows, including CIHI standards, ICD-10-CA, CCI, DAD, and NACRS.
• Background in EHR implementation or integration activities with solutions like Epic, Oracle Health/Cerner, MEDITECH, or Altera Health.
• Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards, including HL7 v2.x, FHIR, APIs, and data exchange workflows.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships in a dynamic implementation environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Must be legally permitted to work in Canada without sponsorship for employment visa status.
