Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Act as a process and workflow-centric liaison for clients throughout a 5-week implementation program.

• Create, revise, and oversee project management documentation.

• Ensure clients remain on track to launch within the established timelines.

• Identify and manage risks that could impede clients from launching as scheduled.

• Facilitate live working sessions to showcase best practices and essential features for a successful go-live.

• Conduct open office hours, one-on-one meetings, and group check-in calls with designated cohorts.

• Resolve software and hardware challenges related to ServiceTitan and its integrated applications.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience is preferred, or familiarity with the Home Service industry.

• Strong critical thinking abilities, with a background in troubleshooting software issues.

• Familiarity with ServiceTitan software is highly advantageous.

• Outstanding project management capabilities.

• Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple tasks and manage various components while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.

• Excellent customer relationship management skills.

• Clear understanding of what constitutes exceptional customer service.

• Knowledge of SaaS business models is a plus.
