Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide advice and support to Mid-Market clients throughout their onboarding, adoption, advocacy, and renewal processes.

• Oversee the implementation of Samsara’s IoT technology for fleet and industrial assets.

• Cultivate customer relationships and guarantee the successful deployment of solutions.

• Develop launch strategies and roadmaps to enhance product utilization.

• Monitor implementation progress, engagement levels, product adoption, and account health.

• Conduct training sessions and showcase Samsara technology to both executives and everyday users.

• Manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.

• Collaborate across departments including Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product.

• Gain a thorough understanding of Samsara platform features and articulate them to customers.

• Advocate for and integrate Samsara’s cultural principles.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting position.

• Background in supporting or working with technical products.

• Exceptional consultative abilities with experience in complete system implementations.

• Demonstrated capacity to build trust and communicate effectively with executives, Product and Engineering leaders, and software users.

• Strong skills in priority management and high emotional intelligence.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institution.

• Experience handling a large and complex customer base in B2B SaaS is preferred.

• Familiarity with cloud software, networking, automation, or control systems is preferred.

• Experience with integration projects and understanding of RESTful APIs.

• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python is a plus.

• Experience with IoT, hardware, vehicles, or general tinkering is advantageous.

• Background in Fleet, Logistics, Supply Chain, Telematics, Manufacturing, or general operations is beneficial.

• Legal authorization to work at Samsara and in the designated work location.
