Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Lead solution consulting prior to workshops, conduct customer needs analyses, and prepare documentation and analysis reports.

• Facilitate workshops with clients to collect requirements and set implementation baselines alongside internal teams.

• Address customer needs with tailored solutions, suggest workarounds, and obtain stakeholder approval on implementation workbooks.

• Act as the internal customer representative for configuration and integration teams.

• Collaborate with the Product team on functional design and prioritize enhancements to features.

• Customize products to meet client-specific requirements and guide integrations with other systems.

• Assist in migrating data from legacy systems.

• Oversee testing processes and ensure solutions meet client specifications.

• Provide training for client users on product functionalities, customizations, and integrations.

• Maintain comprehensive implementation documentation, user manuals, training materials, and technical specifications.

• Support go-live deployments and offer hypercare, troubleshooting, and customer assistance.

⛳️ Requirements

• A full-time degree from a recognized institution.

• At least 4 years of experience in leading implementation projects.

• Proficiency in pre-workshop analysis, requirements gathering, documentation, configuration, testing, administration training, and managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Experience in the finance sector, including knowledge of SAP FICO, S/4HANA, ECC, Concur, or Ariba.

• Familiarity with GL postings, cost centers, internal orders, WBS structures, accounts payable/accounts receivable, and vendor master data.

• Experience in integrating HR or Expense Management systems with SAP Finance, including handling claim postings, payment statuses, foreign exchange, and tax considerations.

• Experience with HCM products is preferred.

• Experience in the Travel & Expense or Benefits domain is highly desirable.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Strong problem-solving and consultative abilities.

• Capability to engage and establish relationships with stakeholders in large organizations.

• Competence in navigating challenges and delivering high-quality outcomes while managing multiple implementation projects simultaneously.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with a large team towards shared objectives.
