Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Take the initiative to establish and implement technical systems, applications, or process designs for clients' purchased or outsourced technology and business process solutions.

• Assist clients in managing initial access, mapping and transferring data, developing process documentation, and training or coordinating training for client users.

• Comprehend and resolve issues related to advanced automation tools.

• Utilize programmatic solutions for customization purposes.

• Employ declarative platform security tools to enhance product functionalities.

• Configure product features autonomously.

• Link workbook or analytical outputs to nCino configuration.

• Grasp and extend the primary data model of nCino.

• Diagnose problems through intentional configuration adjustments and smoke testing.

• Leverage Salesforce Platform automation and data integrity tools.

• Implement nCino user experience tools and integrate them with Salesforce application security.

• Perform quality control and testing on nCino features.

• Utilize complementary tools introduced by nCino.

• Understand common integrations.

• Employ AI tools to automate routine tasks, enhance accuracy, save time, and reduce errors.

• Use AI-driven insights to bolster decision-making, enhance customer experience, and increase team productivity.

• Keep abreast of AI advancements to facilitate continuous learning and scalable growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience/proficiency, or an advanced degree without experience, or equivalent work experience.

• Over 2 years of experience in Salesforce.com architecture.

• Certifications in Salesforce App Builder and Salesforce Administrator.

• Experience in analyzing, defining, and implementing solutions based on Solution, Information, Technical, and Application Architecture.

• Knowledge and experience with various data encryption methods.

• A strong commitment to delivering high-quality solutions to banking customers.

• Experience with AutoRabit, Copado, SFX is preferred.

• Familiarity with Smartsheet and Jira is desired.

• The position may require some travel.
