This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the customer journey from the moment the contract is signed until a successful go-live on the Ecotrak platform.
• Direct implementation strategies, including establishing timelines, milestones, resource allocation, dependencies, and tracking risks.
• Facilitate regular project status meetings with customer stakeholders to convey progress, address obstacles, make decisions, and outline next steps.
• Oversee multiple simultaneous implementations and prioritize tasks across various accounts to ensure timely go-live dates.
• Recognize changes in scope, delays, dependencies, and projects at risk, and escalate these issues along with recovery strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Support teams to resolve any blockers.
• Ensure accurate project documentation and status updates in project management and customer success tools.
• Lead customer discovery sessions and gather requirements effectively.
• Configure the Ecotrak platform to accommodate site hierarchies, asset types, preventive maintenance schedules, user roles, approval workflows, and business specifications.
• Manage the migration and validation of data, including asset lists, vendor records, and historical work order data.
• Oversee the setup and testing of integrations with customer systems.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and ensure readiness for go-live.
• Design and deliver training and documentation tailored to specific roles.
• Collaborate with the Product team to identify configuration gaps and recurring customer requirements for future product enhancements.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in software implementation, technical consulting, customer onboarding, or project management, preferably within B2B SaaS.
• Ability to handle multiple customer projects simultaneously while effectively managing competing priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency in configuring software directly.
• Excellent stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, characterized by clarity and structure.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, performing CSV imports, and executing basic data cleanup and validation tasks.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset when facing project challenges.
• Nice to have: experience with implementing CMMS, IWMS, ERP, or similar facilities management software.
• Nice to have: a background in facilities management, restaurant or retail operations, or other multi-site business environments.
• Familiarity with tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Gainsight, Totango, or HubSpot.
• Experience with supporting SSO implementations and API-based integrations.
• Understanding of APIs, authentication concepts, integration workflows, and data mapping.
• Basic knowledge of SQL is a plus.
• Must meet employment eligibility verification through E-Verify.
