This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact and resource for new clients adopting ECI software solutions.

• Facilitate customer sessions to pinpoint and document business objectives, system/process discrepancies, and reporting/data analytics needs.

• Execute software implementation in accordance with established timelines, budgets, scopes, delivery requirements, methodologies, and project agreements.

• Conduct requirements gathering through process evaluations, systems design, fit-gap assessments, configuration, and setup.

• Develop solutions for intricate customer business needs.

• Create and define new operational processes.

• Carry out pre-implementation testing, concept validation, and user acceptance testing.

• Offer recommendations for data migration and data formatting.

• Oversee go-live implementation activities and provide post-go-live consulting support.

• Complete reporting on consulting recaps and activities.

• Ensure timely and precise project and time management.

• Recognize and address issues and escalations in collaboration with the team lead or project manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• Degree specialization in Accounting, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.

• HB (Higher Vocational Education) degree, ideally in technical business administration or business informatics.

• 1–3 years of relevant experience.

• Experience in software implementation or consulting.

• In-depth knowledge of ERP products.

• Familiarity with standard industry business practices in manufacturing, operations, distribution, and finance.

• Ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly and succinctly to users with various levels of technical knowledge, both over the phone and in person.

• Exceptional presentation and written/oral communication skills.
