Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist the clinical care team of the client.

• Coordinate with Project Managers, Product Managers, or the designated Development team responsible for implementation.

• Offer customer support either on-site or remotely.

• Oversee the operation of procedures.

• Travel to client locations for the installation of Dedalus tools.

• Configure tools in line with client specifications and production requirements.

• Train the clinical care and administrative teams of the client.

• Manage the integration of existing applications.

• Conduct functional testing.

• Engage in Level I and Level II help desk activities, including on-call rotations.

• Document all completed activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Biomedicine, Radiology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• Understanding of workflows within a hospital or clinical setting.

• At least 3 years of demonstrated experience working with clients in complex healthcare software environments.

• Familiarity with Oracle Database is advantageous.

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies is beneficial.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Strong skills in teamwork.

• Experience in an ITIL-based environment.

• Knowledge of SQL is a plus.

• Experience with healthcare information systems projects is an asset.

• Intermediate proficiency in English; advanced or fluent English is preferred.
