Implementation Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Configure and tailor banking workflows, encompassing account opening, onboarding, maintenance, and lending applications through our no-code platform.

• Develop forms, establish integrations, and formulate business rules that comply with specific regulatory and operational standards.

• Facilitate client calls and oversee multiple simultaneous implementations with competing deadlines.

• Manage intricate, high-impact projects that improve essential banking services, including account onboarding, customer maintenance, treasury services, and lending processes.

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, assisting them in fully utilizing Prelim's platform to optimize operations and achieve measurable business results.

• Offer strategic insights and constructive feedback to product teams, aiding in the continuous enhancement and innovation of the platform.

• Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with banking executives and operations teams across various client organizations.

• Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.

• Proficiency in a scripting language.

• Exceptional communication skills - capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Capacity to handle multiple projects at once and excel under pressure.

• Quick to learn and capable of independently mastering new technical concepts.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States and based within the continental United States.
